Always A Runway wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To receive a refund, please return your item in its original condition (no makeup stains or perfume residue, with tags intact) within 30 days of your purchase order. Please contact us via email at email@example.com, to confirm your return and so we are aware of an expected incoming return. If you believe you have received a defective item or incorrect order (size, color, style), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt along with a photo of the defect.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returns. Please ensure your package is trackable and insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Returns after 30 days of the original shipment date
- “Final Sale” Items
- Intimates, socks, underwear, swimwear, tights, earrings, body suits or hair accessories
- Shoes without the original box
- Washed, damaged, worn or altered items
- Items with deodorant, makeup, stains, smoke or perfume
Always A Runway reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and to update this policy at any time without notice. Please include a copy of your receipt (packing slip), complete with your name, address and the merchandise. Allow 7-10 days from the date you returned your package for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.
